Idaho Traffic Safety was established in 1980 and has been working on roads here ever since. Our mission is to be professional and efficient when serving our communities. We help get the job done safely and on schedule.
We help keep roads safe and maintained by assisting with traffic control, flagging, painting, sweeping, and more, and we back it up with a print shop that produces everything from MUTCD road signs to custom business signage.

Rob Lindstrom, CEO · Jennifer Lindstrom, CFO
The company had already been running for more than three decades when Rob & Jennifer Lindstrom partnered with Rich & Maxine Hardy in 2016 by purchasing 49% of Idaho Traffic Safety. After four years, the Lindstroms purchased the remaining 51% and now own the company outright.
Rob is CEO, leading relationship development with our partners and customer satisfaction, and overseeing and assisting in field operations. Jennifer is CFO and runs day-to-day operations, which include accounting, human resources, scheduling, purchasing, and more.
50+ trained team members
We're fortunate to have a welcoming office staff, hard-working print shop specialists, and over 50 dedicated, trained employees in various traffic-safety positions. Some of these include our flaggers, technicians, operators, and painting crew.
Each employee is trained to carry out their responsibilities effectively and maintain a positive work environment. Our employees play a crucial role in the success of Idaho Traffic Safety and provide exceptional service to our customers.
